An explosion in Russia’s Pskov area close to the border with Belarus left an oil pipeline’s administrative constructing broken, native Governor Mikhail Vedernikov mentioned on Telegram on Saturday.
There have been no casualties and operational companies have been working on the scene, he mentioned.
