New Delhi: Bengaluru Court has blocked the Twitter handle of Congress and Bharat Jodoro Yatra temporarily. In fact, a complaint was filed against the Congress under the Copyright Act, in which the KGF filmmakers alleged that the Congress had used the songs of their film in the videos they made for the marketing of the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

However, in this case, the Congress tweeted and said, ‘We have come to know from the media that the Bengaluru court has ordered the blocking of the social media handles of the Congress and ‘BJY’. हमेन एस अधिक्षा के बेरे में उत्या नहीं किया गाया, ना हम कॉर्ट में प्रशेशन थे, ना ही देशे की कोपी मिली है. हम लेगी सालाह ले रहे हैन. भारत जोडो यात्र जिंदाबाद!’

कोर्ट ने क्या कहा?

The court says that the petitioner through the CD has told that its original version has been used with some minor changes. आशे में ये वीडियोज पैरेसी को फुट्य देटे हैन. In the order, it was also said that the Congress and India should remove those videos from the Twitter handle of the party, where these songs were used. Apart from this, the court also ordered to block the Twitter handle of both of them.

What is the matter?

Actually, the Congress is currently organizing a joint tour of India, for which MRT Music’s songs have been used to promote it. MRT Music has invested a lot of money to acquire the music rights of KGF 2. In this case, MRT Music has accused the Congress of using their music without asking.
