Jio True 5G
Reliance Jio announced at its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently that the company will start offering true 5G services from Diwali. 5G services will be available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata on the occasion of Diwali on October 24. Company Chairman Aakash Ambani has confirmed that by the end of this year, all major cities of the country and December, 2023 will benefit from Reliance Jio’s 5G services. Both Airtel and Jio plans will be cheaper than 4G tariffs.

Vodafone Idea (Vi) 5G
After the launch of 5G in India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2022, Aditya Birla Group Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla confirmed that the Vodafone Idea (Vi) 5G rollout will begin soon. He told us that the company has completed the preparation of the 5G rollout and the users will benefit from high-speed internet services. However, the company has not confirmed any rollout timeline or 5G launch date like Jio or Airtel.
