Haryana news: The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the constitutional validity of the Haryana Sikh Gurudwara (Management) Act, 2014, under which a separate committee was formed to manage the affairs of Gurudwaras in the state. Justice Hemant Gupta and Justice Vikram Nath’s bench filed by one member of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Samiti, Haryana Sikh Gurudwara Act’s cancellation petition was rejected. What did you say in the petition?
