Delhi News: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is on a 4-day visit to Delhi after cabinet expansion. He has a program to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday to discuss various issues including the debts of his state’s goods and services tax (GST). Sources told that Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Banerjee met the party’s MPs here and discussed with them the current session of Parliament and the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Sources said that Banerjee’s nephew and party general secretary Abhishek Banerjee were very vocal during the meeting and suggested what issues should be raised by the parliamentarians in the last days of the monsoon session. अध्य ने अध्या रूप से पार्टी सम्प्रण्टोन से कहा की वे ना ‘दरेन’ से BJP. Banerjee is scheduled to meet President Draupadi on Friday and meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On August 7, he will be in the Niti Aayog meeting

According to sources, the Chief Minister of West Bengal will attend the Niti Aayog meeting on August 7. He said that there will be a meeting with the non-Congress opposition leaders such as द्रमुक, TRS and AAP on Saturday. Banerjee is also the president of the oldest party (Congress), Sonia Gandhi.

Meanwhile, Trinamool MP Sudeep Bandyopadhyay said, ”We (Central Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister) met Giriraj Singh and promised to solve the issue within 48 hours. इक मेश से अधिक है है है है अवर मुजे जो कुच मिला है है वह जावाबी पत्र है है, जी में में माम्ता बानेर्जी को दे डे दिया hai.”

Banerjee is not likely to address the media due to the fact that former West Bengal minister Parth Chatterjee is under investigation by the Enforcement Directorate in the cash-for-jobs scam in the state. Prime Minister Modi will chair the meeting of the Executive Council of Niti Aayog on August 7, which will discuss issues related to agriculture, health and economy.
