Meesho adopts the regular principles of ‘work from anywhere’ for all employees

The company will be based in Bengaluru and will focus on setting up remote offices across the country based on talent and quantity.

Meesho, an e-commerce company sponsored by SoftBank and Facebook, on February 7 said it would allow its employees to work from home, office or wherever they want.

The company will be based in Bengaluru and will focus on setting up remote offices across the country based on talent and quantity.

“We have learned several types of future projects to achieve this unparalleled approach. In the future, this will also provide a global opportunity for Bharat and Meesho,” Meesho Chief Human Resources Officer Ashish Kumar Singh said in a statement.

Meesho has more than 1,700 employees at present and the new principles will apply to all employees, it said.

The company enables its employees to have real-time and consistent tools, which provides an opportunity for teams to meet and act collaboratively face-to-face, according to the statement.

“The company is launching initiatives such as annual trips and annual activities in places like Goa.

“To help working parents, Meesho should support a nursing home for children under the age of six. This can also be found on trips to the Meesho headquarters in Bengaluru, “he said.
