Materials for making Green Pea Samosa-
Boiled peas are cooled – 1 cup
– Fried oil – as needed
– Ajwain – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
– Ginger ale – tsp
Coriander crack – 1/2 tsp
cumin flour – 1/2 tsp
-Salt – depending on taste
– chopped coriander – 1 cup
– Maida – 2 cups

How to Make Green Pea Samosa –
To make green samosas, first, in a non-stick pan, add one tablespoon of oil and add the carom grain, asafoetida and ginger seeds.
